This comfortable three bedroom, two bath home has it all - some ocean view, fenced yard and only one short block to the beach.
Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed each, the third has two sets of bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The family room downstairs has a fireplace, TV, VCR and a bumper pool table.
The living room is upstairs and has a fireplace (wood provided), radio, CD player, cable TV/VCR and DVD player. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, microwave and garabage disposal.
No smoking, Pets okay with fee. Maximum occupancy 8, car limit 3. By the week only in July and August, (Sunday to Sunday).
$125/night + tax - summer & holidays
$110/night + tax - winter
$70 cleaning fee.
