Enjoy partial ocean view from this comfortable home less than a block to the beach. With three bedrooms, two baths and a hide-a-bed in the living room, this home sleeps 8. The upper level has two bedrooms (1 with queen and 1 with double), one bath and the living room with large picture windows, cable TV, VCR and DVD player, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The lower level has a bedroom (with 2 twin beds), a bath, a sitting room and family room.
Some ocean view from the front deck and a short walk to the end of the block to get to the beach.
Stay 7 nights and get the 7th night FREE. Two nights required to hold reservations. 45 day cancellation policy, and sorry, no refund for early departures.
No pets, no Smoking. Maximum occupancy 8, car limit 3.
$150 per night + 8% tax (summer & holidays)
$140 per night + 8% tax (winter)
$70 cleaning fee, $14 garbage fee.
