Enjoy your beach stay in this modern two bedroom,
two bath newer vacation home. It is located only 5-1/2 blocks from the
beach. On the lower level of the house, you'll find a sunny living room
with a deck off the side, a hide-a-bed for children, cable TV and VCR,
DVD.
The dining area and kitchen open to the living
room with fireplace (wood not provided). The kitchen is fully equipped
with a dishwasher and microwave. There is a full bath and a stackable
washer/dryer on the lower level. On the upper level, there are two
bedrooms and a full bath. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The master
bedroom has a beautiful skylight and is bright and cheery. New linens
and cook wear!
No pets, no smoking, please. Maximum occupancy 4, car limit 3.
Special Value: rent 2 nights 3rd night free! Good until April 30th 2008 & again Oct. 1 to Jan. 30, 2009,
except major Holidays.
$110/night + tax - summer & holidays
$95/night + tax - winter
