  Great rental rates for oceanfront Manzanita and only a few blocks from the park and the main commercial drag. The pictures pretty well cover things although we were pleasantly surprised to find a second toilet next to the laundry room. The dining room only has four chairs but there are four outdoor chairs that will do in a pinch. The living room/dining room has new pergo floors / sectional couch / flatscreen TV but the rest of the property is pretty dated. For us, though, it was perfect because it was more important for us to open the door and walk directly onto the sand than it was for us to have granite countertops or hot tubs.

  Great location for people with young kids (they can play in the sand right in front of the house while you enjoy view from the deck or inside). Bedroom blankets are a little worn, but linens in general were very well supplied. The TV and video equipment was very nice, but we never did figure out how to watch TV with the Dish. The house had everything we needed.

  The coffee carafe did not fit on the coffee brner so the coffee didn't stay hot. Should be replaced. The TV instructions wee too complicated to follow and thee were 3 separate remotes. We neer did get it to work.

  Beautiful location on a beautiful beach. But the house is really dated. Really would be much more pleasant with just a few updates, I mean, even the bedspread was straight from the Brady house (but not in a cool way). However, it was clean and in a very nice location, so for the price we were pleased.
