We are located in scenic Manzanita, Oregon. Most of our rentals are very close to the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Many houses also have a magnificent view of Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain. Manzanita is 95 miles West of Portland, Oregon and 15 miles South of Cannon Beach.

All of our rentals are privately owned homes located in the quiet residential community of Manzanita. Many of our residents are retirees. Please remember to respect their privacy and peace and quiet.

Carefully note the maximum occupancy (which includes children) and car limits on each home. These maximums are based on City regulations and are strictly enforced. If your plans include entertaining guests that would result in exceeding occupancy and parking limits, ask us about public halls that are available for rent.

We cater primarily to family groups. No fraternities, sororities or unchaperoned minors will be allowed. Should a group misrepresent itself, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately, without refund. We do not rent to parties under 21 years of age.
